This week we are welcoming Bun, the latest JavaScript runtime. Wolvic 1.0.0 is finally here. Preact 10.9.0 and Prisma 4.0.0 are the highlights of the updates and releases section. And the resources of the week include CSS animations, illustration assets, and many useful tools.


Introducing Bun, a fast all-in-one JavaScript runtime

Bun is the latest entry on the market of JavaScript runtimes. It runs on WebKit's JavaScriptCore engine and is built using Zig, a low-level programming language with manual memory management.

Today I learned that you can track the status of all platform features for the main browsers (via Stefan Judis)

Wolvic

Wolvic, the XR browser from Igalia, is finally here. The official release brings more stability, and many bugs have been fixed. It is compatible with most popular streaming services, and the UI is available in twenty-one languages.
