Rtmp, build a bridge, none of that sounds fun or firmiliar. I guess focus on that protocol first learn how it works and maybe build a server in node to prototype, then go for twitch and yt

I think I started to understand how things work , this day I was able to make an a video chat app , now i want to create a video chatroom
for no more than 5 peoples

As for web RTC, here are a few things I remember. A server is needed to connect you to a peer. Then the peer takes over.
