I wanted to mostly do self study on these technologies. The best approach I took was to look at the documentations of each of these technologies. React and Vue have amazing documentation. Angular I would rely more on videos from Todd Moto or egghead.io . It totally depends on your interest, according to me even if you work on a small program to replicate mario game you are a developer.
